Single Screw Extruder
Our single screw extruder consists of a feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, transporting system, and cooling system. Designed based on advanced screw extrusion technology, it uses low temperature to make materials ripe and shape them at the same time. The single screw extruder offers a frequency and speed control system and a complete set of automatic control system to ensure a good stability of process. The single screw extruder is able to process different types of food materials.
The input voltage of SAIXIN single screw food extruder is 380V/50Hz, the driving power is 30KW and the output is 80 to 120kg/h.

This single screw extruder has two models available: SX3000-130 and SX3000-100. Their output is 200kg/h and 120kg/h respectively. Their dimensions are 4.1×1.4×2.4m, 3.2×0.9×2.0m, respectively.
